Overcaps

BLANCHET VINITI offers a wide range of overcaps,  with French Tax (CRD) or without, for the export (NF), available in various materials and sizes :

– PVC heat-retractable capsules:

In glued or extruded PVC, the capsule is coloured or printed for minimum orders of 30,000. You can choose your background from 200 colours with a metallic , satin, matt or gloss finish. You can customize it with your logo thanks to different printing methods including rotogravure, heat stamping and digital. Fits all diameters.

– Aluminium Complex Capsules :

The aluminium complex capsules are crimped without any folding. We can customize the top with stamping or embossing or on the skirt with rotogravure, heat stamping and digital. More than 300 background colours are available with a metallic , satin, matt or gloss finish.

– Wax-look Capsules :

Ideal for small series or special diameters, you put the wax appearance capsules onto your bottles manually.
They look just like wax bottle tops without the inconvenience of the risk of them breaking in transit or at the restaurant table when the bottle is opened.
We have six colours (red, yellow, green, black, gold and silver) and 2 sizes (500/750 ml or 1500/3000 ml) in stock. For orders of 30,000 units or more, we can also make up specific colours.

– Aluminium and Tin Capsules :

Our aluminium and tin capsules are embossed using traditional methods. They are designed for your premium wines or for bottles with non-standard sized necks. Screen printing on the skirt and on the top is possible for orders of 12,000 units or more, even less for special diameters.
